*sigh* i love just having a great time of fellowshipping and hanging out w/ buddies.  tonight we had the bowling night for aacf small groups...and other assorted ppl :D hehe and shoot, although we has slight malfunctions at first..darn monitor going all funky, we all eventually had a blast...first, meeh aggy, conneenee and chyna...hehe then w/ shaniqua, bonqueesha and shafreakna..hehe or something like that kekeke and running bowling w/ pita bear was toOo much fun! wahOo for me and my bowling buddy! and to smelly and je jin..ooh girlies..hehe we had a truce, but methinks all's fair now...so watch out! :D oOoH! and happy 22nd bday to cars10! hehe that silly boy...gettin' all old! j/k :D hehe i just had to make sure he got his 22 punches and a pinch to grow a lil taller...but not that he needs it..anyway...i just had a reallie great night.. hope y'all did too! :D tOoDleLoO!

oh nelly..hehe it has been awhile, but i figured i might as well wait until today to write again :) welps, all i have to say is God is good...and He really does make life a nicer place. hehe..especially on my bday..yup today, well yesterday marked my 19th year...quite an insignificant year, other than the fact that it's the last teen year...but fortunately, some reallie sweet people made it a lovely day

Sooo...hehe although it's silly, i just want share abt the special ppl God has blessed me with...numerous well-wishes, the IMs from Liz, ReemO, Monica, Gmoney, Tiggers, Jensu(hehe what a picture...quite scary, but i luv it!) and my dear brothers nicky and chrissy...ecards from mummy dearest and jenna...the calls from Bubblina, Kristin, DanaMarie, Earth, Bri and Ebun and the early wishes from Buttercup..muchas gracias mis amigos... especially since some of y'all aren't here with me, i feel soo loved knowing that you guys remembered     ...and to my UCLA buddies, thank you soo much for what y'all did toO! Amy and Tessa for the bday poster, Ferbutt, Jonnyjon, Tif, Lauren and Vieve for your gifts, AACF for the rousing bday song (and also to a lil bird named yemily yee for letting the news out)and the froshie girls (Christina, Kawissa, Smelly, Tiff, Connie, Wendy, PattiC) for eating that very large pizookie with me! hehe okies..sorrie abt all that..i figured if i only submit yah to such gobbledygook once a year, it's not too bad, right? oh man...another quarter, the last one! whoa...where did time go?  hehe, well i finally get a relaxing quarter..i even get to take tap dancing! wahOo! :D Still, since i've allowed myself an academically easy quarter, i know i've gotta make up for it with actually doing something with my time..ykno like prioritizing things, organization, more involvement, actually doing something with my time.. whaaat?!? ahh scary stuff! hehe..ykno, like the topics Wayland covered tonight..things i've heard before, but maybe they're actually starting to sink in! hehe soo, although it's late, i'm gonna try to implement something new..starting my day the right way--with God, even if it means getting up a lil earlier...hehe soo methinks i'm off.

1 Corinthians 9:24 "Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize?  Run in such a way as to get the prize."                         We can't be lazy or wait for things to change or happen to us.  We're really only on this Earth for a relatively short amount of time...make the most of it and make it happen.  Then we can truly enjoy the riches of heaven afterwards.

shoot man..it's been awhile..i've actually meant to write entries many times...but by time i actually got to sit at my computer, i was wayyy too tired to expend the energy needed to write one..hehe yah i kno, i'm a bum. 

anyway, hmm..things have been busy..ahaha ykno what? it hasn't reallie been that long, but i guess i felt like it's been awhile...hehe okie. well, brothers' appreciation was last week, and it totally rocked.. especially the freshmen girls! heheh j/k all the girls rocked seriously...and we loved appreciating all the brothers b/c ya'll rock toO! i'm soo glad that a lot of the froshies went tho, b/c i finally got to match the guys' names (which i'd already known well..hehe) with their faces! :) soo food was quite yummy and all the presentations were soo good, with so much thought and effort put into them..hehe i just can't wait until sisters' appreciation next year..kekeke

ohhh, but what i reallie wanted to write about last night was small group...b/c it was just a reeaallliiie good time of sharing and fellowshipping w/ my sisters and digging into the Word..we haven't reallie spent that much time w/ one another b/c connie and angela just started coming to small grp since winter quarter..but yesterday we shared some struggles and what not.. so i'm gonna be honest w/ all y'all about my struggle...*deep breath* i'm reeeeealllllie not doing well in chem, and last quarter was realllie close too... and it's just soo discouraging.. sighyah.. seriously, darn pre-med ppl are way too smart and do too much insane studying! ahhh..but anywhoo, i guess i've been thinking and realizing how i don't always consider God and his intentions for me first..i usually factor Him in sometime after my decisions are made..ykno? like my whole pre-med thing..i never reallie asked God and prayed about my life direction.. hehe i guess i kinda just started out on my own, and hoped & prayed He'd help me and what not when He deemed it necessary...kinda silly of me..so while i'm not taking aNy science or math classes next quarter, i'm gonna try and listen to God more...especially w/ all this pre-med junk..b/c ish quite baFfLing..and ykno not being pre-med worries and scares me a bit, b/c then, i wouldn't have the slightest clue what direction to take...hmm so yah, that was kinda on my mind yesterday..ohh and the verse that got me thinking abt all this was Matthew 6:33 "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

okieeeee...well aacf coffee house for missions is tomorrow...hehe lisa and i are tap dancing..keke it should be fun..even though it's been a lil while since i actually tapped, but it's all coming back quite nicely :) hehe okiee so cross your fingers it goes well and i remember all the steps

ah...it feels so nice to finally be able to breathe! *takes a deep breath...of lovely L.A. air* hehe but reallie, since I came back from President's Day weekend, time has flown sooo quickly! and things have especially snowballed within the past couple days..chem midterm, astro midterm..oh the joy. hehe, so while the craziness hasn't ended yet..math midterm, darn lab CPR, lab reports..and preparing for Brothers' Appreciation this Saturday..that's funzies.. but alas...the time! fie on school and their tests! and shoot man, finals are totally right around the corner and then julie's wedding! oh nelly..so much, so little time..hehe oh wells, i'll just hafta have as much fun as possible..well that can be possible w/ finals and all  

soo..i recently realized again how much i love my friends and friendships in general...especially my Leland buddies and my accountability triad! hehe i just talked to Kristin Lorraine Berry..and oh goodness gracious..hehe just the though of that girl puts a smile on my face!  she gave me a ring yesterday.. when i shoulda been studying, so we happily chatted away..hehe about a particular soccer player at Cal *ahem* any ideas? and just what a dork that lil _____ (fill in inappropriate name) is..hehe and i also got an email from Jamie Sue!  Ykno, while email is supposed to be so impersonal, i always manage to sense the love and humor infused into her emails.. mel's too! sigh..thank you God for such awesome friends! hehe i must say, those surprises were much appreciated...especially after my not-so-fun chem midterm...btw, does anyone else completely dislike that class? b/c i dOOo!!! soo much...i am seriously not a chem person!! ahHhH! hmm...someone remind me again why i'm attempting this insane direction called pre-med..sighyah. hehe anyway, back to friends..yah, methinks they rock..hehe as my dear hermano would say..so to all my buddies not at UCLA with meeh, i miss y'all dearly!! hehe and to all y'all i see regularly, you've made this winter quarter fly by like nothing else! ahh..almost spring quarter.. that is insanity i must say...sigh okie..time is fleeing quickly, so hehe i'm gonna go clean my room to feel productive..to put off my lab cpr..but i won't miss it this time! i won't! alrighty tOodLeloO!
